Below is a brief overview of what to expect once you submit a request.

1) Our Services (3 Options)

Tier 1 — Standard Proofing

Best for final polish and clean-up.
Includes:

  • grammar, spelling, punctuation, and professional tone

  • readability improvements and light clarity tightening

  • formatting cleanup (spacing, headings, minor layout issues)

Tier 2 — Court-Ready Comprehensive Review

Best for court-involved, high-stakes, or defensibility-focused evaluations.
Includes everything in Standard Proofing, plus:

  • organization and flow improvements (structure + clarity)

  • internal consistency checks (dates, names, diagnoses, test references)

  • tightening logic/rationale language (without changing opinions)

  • forensic tone calibration and defensibility-focused edits

  • cross-examination vulnerability flags and recommended phrasing

Tier 3 — Defensibility Snapshot™ (Memo-Only Review)

Best for evaluators who want a second set of forensic eyes while maintaining their own billable editing time.
Includes:

  • a concise 1–2 page feedback memo identifying the highest-impact defensibility concerns

  • prioritized recommendations and suggested language improvements

  • optional light in-document comments/highlights (not full editing)

2) Turnaround Times

Turnaround time begins once we receive (1) your final document and (2) payment.

Standard Turnaround:

  • Reports under 20 pages: approximately 1 week

  • Reports 20+ pages: approximately 2 weeks

We will confirm your expected completion date after intake.

3) Rush Requests

Rush turnaround may be available depending on schedule and report complexity.

  • Rush Fee: +30% of the quoted service price

  • Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by EEG in writing.

If you have a strict deadline, include it in your intake form so we can advise on timing options.

4) How Deliverables Are Returned

For Tier 1 and Tier 2 services, deliverables may include:

  • an edited Word document returned with Track Changes (recommended), and/or

  • a clean copy (if requested)

For Tier 3 Snapshot services, deliverables include:

  • a Snapshot Memo (1–2 pages) with prioritized recommendations

  • optional light comments/highlights in the report (as applicable)

5) Revisions

EEG services include one (1) revision round limited to clarifications and minor refinements based on the original submission.

Additional revision requests, major report rewrites, or substantial new content may require an added fee.

6) Scope & Responsibility

EEG provides editing and structured review services only.
We do not provide clinical treatment, legal advice, or a separate independent evaluation.

Client remains responsible for:

  • factual accuracy

  • scoring and interpretation

  • diagnoses

  • psycholegal opinions and ultimate conclusions

  • final review and submission decisions

7) Confidentiality & “No AI Upload” Policy

EEG takes confidentiality seriously.

  • Client documents are accessed only by authorized EEG team members involved in service delivery.

  • EEG does not upload or input client materials into external AI tools without explicit written permission.

8) Next Steps After Intake

Once your intake form is received, EEG will respond with:

  1. tier confirmation and timeline

  2. pricing quote/invoice

  3. secure submission instructions (if needed)

  4. expected completion date
